3. Use quality PP foam tape with leather surface, because the leather surface is smooth and the hardness is harder than that without the leather surface, and the elasticity is also better;
4. Add a layer of release film to the surface of the pad knife foam, which not only increases the hardness of the foam, but also reduces the phenomenon of viscose during the stamping process.
Application of quality PP foam tape in knife die bonding:
A layer of release paper is added to the surface of the quality PP foam tape. The surface of the release paper has a layer of silicone oil with non-adhesive properties, which reduces the phenomenon of sticking during the stamping process. The disadvantage is that the resilience of the die pad is reduced, and The release paper needs to be replaced frequently;
Using quality PP foam tape with leather surface can also reduce the possibility of viscose because the leather surface is smoother, but the disadvantages are reduced resilience and poor flatness (the skin layer with leather surface is not foamed) The layer is also hard, and the foam surface has poor flatness. When processing the thickness, the skin is generally removed before processing);
Use the breathable die pad, the ventilated die pad is open-cell foam, there is a large space between the holes, the area of the adhesive will be reduced, and the material also has certain non-adhesive properties. But its disadvantage is that it is easy to drop slag when it is used for punching small gaps and small holes;
Use special non-adhesive quality PP foam tape. This sponge is silicone foam. Because the material is silicon, it has the characteristic of non-stick double-sided tape, which can directly play a non-adhesive effect. The disadvantage is that the unit cost is too high;
