The customized Non woven fabric tape is made of PET polyester fiber composite non-woven fabric base material, coated with flame-retardant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side. It has strong tensile force, high mechanical strength, solvent resistance, and good dielectric insulation performance. High pressure resistance and other characteristics.
The customized Non woven fabric tape is used for the insulation of UPS power supplies, dry-type transformers, high temperature power frequency transformers, gaskets, microwave oven transformers; used for motor insulation protection, high temperature protection of electronic transformers, and used in the production and manufacturing process of electronic components. Battery protection, long-lasting performance of the battery, high temperature protection when the motor rotates at high speed, bundling of electronic wiring harness and insulation leakage protection.
Features of customized Non woven fabric tape
1. The first, second and third floors are divided into 90 meters, 45 meters and 30 meters respectively;
2. The color of non-woven retaining wall tape is mainly beige;
3. The customized Non woven fabric tape has a temperature resistance of 143℃ and a pressure resistance of 5kV. The product has good adhesion and excellent solvent resistance;
4. Puncture resistance, excellent electrical performance, toughness, and high formability.
