Copper mylar capacitors are organic film capacitors, also known as polyester capacitors. It is made of metal foil or metal film as the electrode, polyethylene terephthalate film as the medium, wound into a plastic shell and sealed. In some capacitors, the wound core is encapsulated with colored epoxy resin. Capacitors made with metal film electrodes are called Copper mylar capacitors.

Copper mylar capacitors have the following characteristics:
① The capacitance range of the capacitor is relatively wide, generally 470pF-4μF.
②The ratio capacitance of the capacitor is larger and the volume is small.
③Good heat resistance, moisture resistance, and high compressive strength.
④The stability is poor, and the loss increases with the increase of frequency.
⑤The cost is low and the price is cheap.
⑤Metalized polyester film capacitors have self-healing ability.
Copper mylar capacitors are suitable for occasions with low stability requirements, such as general electronic instruments, meters, radios, etc., for direct isolation, coupling and bypass.

As communication speeds continue to increase, data cables, coaxial cables, control cables, and industrial cables face growing requirements for signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility. Copper Foil Mylar, also known as copper foil polyester tape, is a cable shielding material made by laminating copper foil with polyester (PET/Mylar) film. It combines the conductivity of copper with the mechanical support, insulation, and dimensional stability of polyester film, providing a thin, flexible, and process-friendly shielding material for modern cable manufacturing.
PP Foam Tape: A Lightweight Material Solution for Cushioning, Isolation, and Cable Wrapping
As communication equipment, electronic assemblies, and cable systems continue to move toward lighter and more compact designs, wrapping materials must do more than provide basic separation and protection. They also need to support continuous processing, bending, and consistent assembly. PP foam tape, based on a polypropylene foam layer, uses the material’s lightweight, flexible, and cushioning characteristics to support cable wrapping, electronic component protection, and selected industrial packaging applications.
