Phlogopite mica tape is a high-performance insulation product made from high-quality phlogopite mica paper. It is a fire-resistant tape reinforced with glass fiber cloth or film on one or both sides. It is manufactured through high-temperature baking, drying, winding, and slitting. This product offers excellent high-temperature and fire-resistant properties, making it suitable for use as the insulation layer of fire-resistant wires and cables.
Phlogopite mica tape offers excellent flexibility, strong bending properties under normal conditions, and high tensile strength, making it suitable for high-speed wrapping. When exposed to a flame at 750-800°C and a 1.0 kV power frequency voltage, it withstands no cable breakdown for 90 minutes, ensuring line integrity. Phlogopite mica tape is an ideal material for fire-resistant wires and cables.
We offer single-sided phlogopite tape, double-sided phlogopite tape, three-in-one phlogopite tape, single-sided fluorophlogopite tape, double-sided fluorophlogopite tape, three-in-one fluorophlogopite tape, and calcined mica.
Features

*Temperature resistance grade: 750℃-850℃. Under the voltage conditions of 600V-4000V, 90 minutes without breakdown.

Applications
Single-sided phlogopite is mainly used in the fire insulation of electromagnetic wire, data line, wire and cable, and also used
in the fire ins ulation of new energy resources vehicles and energy storage batteries.

Packaging
Mica tapes are packaged in moisture-proof film bags, packed in cartons, and then palletized.
Storage
1. The product should be stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. The product should not be stored with flammable materials or near sources of ignition.
3. The product should be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
4. The product should be packaged intact to prevent moisture and contamination.
5.The product should be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
6.The product has a shelf life of six months at room temperature from the date of production.
After six months of storage, the product must be re-inspected and qualified before use.
