    Ceramic Silicone Tape is a composite fireproof adhesive tape, which is made by laminating heat-resistant and flame-retardant ceramifiable silicone with fiberglass cloth, with adhesive coated on one side. As a self-adhesive composite fireproof material, it features convenient application and excellent insulation performance. Especially when exposed to flame, it demonstrates outstanding flame retardancy with no dripping or flame spread. A ceramic layer will be formed to insulate and effectively isolate the flame, thereby delivering excellent fireproof protection.
 

Typical Applications

    This product can be directly adhered and wrapped around the parts of household wires and cables that are prone to short circuits and sparks, or applied to the surface of copper busbars for new energy vehicles. The areas affixed with this fireproof tape will gain superior electrical insulation and effective flame isolation, providing double protection for the conductors in the cables and preventing short circuits as well as flame ignition and spread. It is recommended that the overlap rate shall not be less than 50% during application, and the target surface must be free of stains.
