Product Introduction

    DMD electrical insulating paper is a composite flexible material composed of two layers of polyester non-woven fabric with a polyester film in between, coated with high-temperature resistant Class F and Class B adhesives. It features high mechanical strength, excellent electrical performance, and long-term operating temperature resistance of 155℃. Suitable for general-purpose Class F motors in various industries such as the electronic and electrical industry, wire and cable industry, and automotive manufacturing industry, it is used as slot insulation, phase insulation, and gasket insulation.

  1. Constructed with a polyester film laminated between two layers of polyester non-woven fabric.
  2. Thickness range: 0.16mm to 0.46mm 
  3. Easy to insert, with appropriate rigidity and flexibility.
  4. High mechanical strength and excellent electrical properties.
  5. Temperature resistance: 155℃ 

Applications

  With high mechanical strength and dielectric strength, DMD electrical insulating paper is commonly used as insulating gaskets in transformers or motors, especially for manufacturing slots in the stator windings of automotive generators, three-phase asynchronous motors, electric vehicle motors, etc.
