Product Introduction
Aluminum-plastic composite tape consists of aluminum tape laminated to one or both sides with polyethylene. Available in Silver.
The copolymer bonds well to the aluminum base tape and forms a strong bond with low-density, linear low-density, medium-density, and high-density polyethylene sheathing resins, providing reliable moisture protection, shielding, and chemical protection for the cable core.
Features: Excellent abrasion resistance, good conductivity, good heat resistance, and excellent waterproofness of the copolymer-coated aluminum tape.

Product Applications
Applications: Shielding and waterproofing layers for communication cables, shielded cables, and waterproof cables;
Used as a thermal insulation and anti-corrosion material for pipelines, equipment, and other applications.
Aluminum-plastic composite tape layer (critical functional layer):
Form: Wrapped longitudinally or spirally around the insulation layer (wrap overlap ≥15% to ensure no gaps).
Function: The aluminum foil faces inward (contacting the insulation layer) for electromagnetic shielding; the plastic side faces outward for enhanced abrasion resistance.
