PPD tape

PPD tape is mainly made of PP and additives. it can be used for cable wrapping and insulating in control cable, mining cable, and

new 5G communication cables. PPD tapes are also good alternatives to PVC tapes

And can provide differnet specifications and packing type. The thickness and width are can be customized, and the packing type have such as pad type, like the picture showed, and spool type, the tapes are reeled onto a spool and usually it is much longer than pad form

Our PPD tapes are RoHS free products.

Advantages than traditional PVC tapes:

1. low density, thin and high tensile strength, moderate elongation and peeling rate, anti-skid, moisture-proof, non water absorption, good heat resistance and electrical performance, and stable wrapping and binding performance.

2. PPD tape has good chemical resistance, high and medium frequency insulation, wide temperature range and low heat shrinkage at high temperature.

3. PPD tape is more thinner, and can reduce the diameter of the cable significantly, thus saving the outer sheath material and reduce the cable costs.
