Product Introduction

Polyester Binder Yarn, also called Polyester Ripcord, is used in cable construction as a lightweight structural filling material and sheath-opening cord. It can be embedded inside the cable sheath and pulled during cable preparation to facilitate sheath stripping without relying on cutting tools that may damage internal cable structures.

Heat resistant, wear resistant and characterized by low water absorption and low moisture regain. These properties support its use in cable filling and ripcord applications where controlled handling and practical sheath access are required.
