This aluminum foil is specially designed for LAN cable manufacturing, especially for CAT6 and CAT7 ethernet cables.

When produce CAT6 and CAT7 cables, usually needs to cover each pair of wire with aluminum separately, So it usually use 4 spools one time, If use traditional pad form, there are too many joints and needs workers to check the machine oftenly. This spool can reduce workers' labor density.

This aluminum foil is 45μm and 10mm width, other thickness and width can be customized.

Each spool weights about 30kg and length 20km. Other length and weight can also be customzied.
